I would LOVE to see a Senior Housing for all my elders to go live their best life. So my future generations can visit them. Elder's need happiness and fun too! Any location is fine.

What about a rich kids boarding school with a swimming pools, horse stables, indoor gym and sauna and some super lux shared dorm rooms!! I’m not sure what world that would be in but would be fun!

I’d love to see a trailer park in del sol valley! I’d love a longer form video where every trailer gets its own aesthetic. Maybe one that’s cutesy and one that’s run down? I think they could be a good starter home for someone who wants to make it big but is starting from the ground up!

I would love to see like a destination Greek Mediterranean wedding vibe in Tartosa! You have like 4/5 tiny villas. One for the bride and groom other for family and friends. In the middle could be like the wedding stuff: the aisle, dance floor, bar , tables etc.

Werewolves could totally be a cute little pack set up; like a few little cabins surrounding a big fire and the werewolf pack gym equipment. Like a pack of werewolves have just set up their own little commune

For Willow Creek, you should do an older style hotel that matches the New Orleans architecture. Imagine old brick buildings, wrought iron gates and grand lobbies and plush furniture. Also a faux spiral staircase to get up through the floors with an elevator facade

Apartments in Del Sol Valley for up and coming actors so not very luxurious cause they're waiting on their big break or brownstones in San Myshunio, very artsy lots of brick walls and great kitchens cause they're foodies or ones inspired by Sex in the City, Carrie's, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte ❤

Now that there’s a castle pack, you should do something like a castle boarding house for witches in Magical Realm!

The sorority house is a dream... but I LOVE how full of character the frat house is! It's a perfect build for storytelling and roleplaying, and I love how you maximized all the space you gave it. This build makes me wish Discover University actually had some sort of Greek life gameplay or at least school/club rivalries!

Tiny container homes in evergreen harbor. One eco one industrial and one neutral. And yes the houses look like that for the most part except even bigger

With the new Castle Estate kit you could do a large British Estate home with a formal garden. It can be like a rental to hold weddings with rooms for the guests. This could work in Brindleton Bay or Windenburg. You might want to look up Sarah Beeny’s Rise Hall to get an idea of what I mean.

US sorority house’s definitely have fireplaces. Ours was a very popular spot on cold days! Also the chef situation is because most houses dont have a kitchen for tenant use and the houses are off campus so u prob wouldnt have a meal plan so a chef makes buffet style food for lunch and dinner!

Would be fun a Italian style tiny village in Tartosa

These builds took me back to my college days! I was in a sorority, and our house was very similar. You picked the perfect living room couch; ours was just like it! I loved the toilet paper in the fraternity house bathrooms, so spot on 😂

Ski condos near the mountain in mt. Komorebi would be really cool. I think styling them like the ones found in Colorado would be extra fun!

I'd love to see a converted factory in San Myshuno. Depending on size, you could duplex it or create up to 4 dwellings. Go full industrial, but each apartment is aimed at a different creative - one belongs to a writer, one a musician, one a blogger/influencer, and the final one is an actor.

Would love to see in these added : - Moonwood Mill : A converted factory which now houses a werewolf pack and for a community space, it has a gym and library - Willow Creek : Maybe a large family home with some sort of basement or backyard suite for another relative. Make the kitchen, living room, bathrooms shared spaces and the bedrooms one unit - Forgotten Hollow : graveyard on top, hidden apartment complex underneath! - Newcrest : Modern skyscraper in the bottom left area - San Myschuno : Turn the factory bar into a New York brownstone or townhouses - San sequoia : Senior centre. Rooms with easy access, puzzle / game room, canteen, small old and cosy condos - Windenburg : A castle which has rooms to rent out, (Anyone seen The Traitors? Use that as inspo and have the rooms be old and very royal) maybe for community space have some sort of servant kitchen, sitting room, barely any electronics - Tomarang : bright apartment building, come that screams I’m here! - Tarosta : Wedding venue but also could a honeymoon space. Maybe a bridal suite, rooms of a sim of honour, family, etc etc. could be a hotel style of thing with a wedding set up in a certain space - Mt Komoberi : Modern little flats. Cram, small, barely lived in since the career is very demanding lol - Chestnut ridge : Ranch, converted barns into homes, spaces to practice horses jumping - Strangerville : Trailer park, simple - Del sol Valley : Motel but with residents. Something like the Cecil Hotel, old, abandoned, but very fancy - Magnolia Promenade : Brick apartment building, one floor per apartment - Brindleton Bay : On the island, have a coastal apartment complex or something - Glimmerbrook : Magical occult house, each room is rented out to a different occult - Evergreen Habour : Container houses, lots of them stacked on top of each other - Copperdale : Townhouses, for families with teens. I think keeping teens in mind for this build will really help! Hope you like my ideas!

I freaking swear they need to give you a great paying job at EA for creative design and building! Your builds are so effortlessly beautiful! I haven't even finished yet and I'm in awe of the exterior build! And yea, your theory about the kits and and expansion packs are SPOT on. I completely agree! lol

I love how the houses have such different aesthetics yet work so well together! I liked how in the alphabet series you would talk about the aesthetic you were going for/showed inspo pics before you started building. I think it added a fun "how is she going to achieve that aesthetic?" challenge to the video. It would be fun if you included a similar intro with inspo pics in these videos.

This came together amazingly. I feel like i could see both of them in real life. I never went to frat or sorority parties, but the exteriror matches pretty perfectly with what i saw. My suggestion for a future build is a 3 star hotel in Magnolia Promenade. Something like a Hilton Inn

The sorority house was perfect! And, from what I know, frats come in 2 varieties: stinky hell hole or legacy WASP mansion.

I like both builds. I've never lived in a fraternity house, and I've never seen the inside of a sorority house. But I like what you've done with each. You gave me some great ideas for future builds, thank you.

I went to a pretty notorious party school for college and I would say this is pretty spot on, except for our frat houses were absolutely repulsively disgusting. I only went to one frat party and was so appalled at the condition of that house that I never went to another one 😂 everything is broken, nothing has ever been cleaned, smells like beer and BO. Just NASTY!!! Also, our sororities were very strict about having alcohol in or around sorority houses. It was obviously ok in frats, but sororities would get in big trouble if they were caught with alcohol in the house!

18:36 It might be a cool idea to add a chess table in the hallway near the dorm rooms in the Frat House. There might be some students who would want to get away from the party and chess or a game like it might be a good break for them.

I'm loving this series. It'd be nice to see a gated community in Newcrest. That's sounds like a lot of work though lol. But I feel like that world gives me upper class neighbourhood vibes. Or you could do a tiny Italian village in Tartosa as someone else mentioned.

15:46 with discover university pack, the furniture is more of basic furniture from ikea, so in my brain it’s as though the school just refurbished the dorms before students moved in. While for a frat house (we don’t have those so its more of a guess) it would be more lived in, more of THEIR space rather than the university, you’d find maybe the same furniture that was used 30 years ago and they never bothered to changed it, likewise with off-campus dorms

I love this but the frat house is waaaaaay too nice 🤣 the layout is perfect but the wallpaper & the bathroom are just too fancy & they definitely don't have any kind of curtains on their windows 😂 could have also utilized a basement for more rooms too!

You can make the Drake Hall a Sorority Dorm and the Wyvern Hall a Fraternity Dorm. The housing can be combined or something...

I’m not a fan of the overlapping stuff in the frat but I bet it’s more realistic :/ the sorority house is beautiful but part of me is so bugged that 3/4 bedrooms have desks! It’s gorgeous though!! I always wondered how to fit these into one lot bc I’ve had this idea and tried so many ways to make it work but the middle courtyard is a game changer!

So detailed and thought out! Very well done can’t wait to play in it!

I have always said since kits first came out that they seem 2 be things that maybe they were suppose 2 be in other packs but maybe they were not finished with the item/items before the deadline or whatever so then they decided 2 give us kits so we can get the things but since they are such small amount of things they didnt think an entire pack was acceptable take bust the dust for example it looks like it should have been in laundry day or the fit kit could have been in another pack and so on

I was in a sorority! We weren’t allowed (and I think most sororities) to have alcohol. Some frats were only “wet houses”
