Love this series! I can't help but implore you to wear hearing protection while doing this work. The hammer drill and even all the driver sounds in that echoey room can do long term damage. That's a lot of up close decibels and even a pair of regular old ear plugs would work wonders.

I can see you outgrowing this warehouse 😅 you are going to need an flt or at least a motorised pallet truck as soon you will be ordering MDF by the pallet load, and then you'll be ordering ACM, then acetal, LDPE, HDPE, Corrian and polycarbonate, you can look into acrylics however to get smooth edges you will need to sand down and then use a Flame polisher! Also you could do with a diamond edge polisher 🤣 you probably already know all of this but this is looking great dude

Another great video, love watching your progress. Plastering is a true art… hanging sheet rock is one thing, making it look good is quite another. One trade I pay for. Good luck!!!

Did anyone else interpret the "Plant Room" as a room for plants for an embarrassingly long portion of the video, only to feel like an idiot when you realized he meant what in the US would be called a "Mechanical Room", or was it just me? I was picturing a room with nice grow lights and some potted plants, thinking it was an odd choice for a shop but I wasn't going to judge him for liking plants.

It takes courage to put yourself out there and show yourself doing the real work. Not the "ProTIP Insta Fodder" that the armchair day laborers want to comment on about how you're doing it wrong.. Good on you for sticking to a budget and utilizing what you have. Whether being ecologically conscious is important in your decision making process isn't clear here, but even if it weren't it just goes to show that sound business principles are rooted in common sense practices. You don't need a committee to deliberate on every single action taken. Just a man in a shop, getting real work done. If allowed the audience will lead you astray, consumerism is so pervasive that for anyone to even look down on you for doing the right thing here and not going out and reinventing the wheel or buying all new material is laughable to the real ones. TL:DR ignore the manifesto, you do good work, reduce, reuse,etc.. subscribing for more, don't let haters guide your actions. Looking forward to more when you can!

Like you I am new to lightburn and lasering. I've just found if you take a photo of a n object/project load to light burn, right click on framed item you can trace and separate the trace to reveal the outline of shapes then resize and cut (I think 🤔) then blast away. If it works done in minutes. Hope I am correct. Regards len

How's the CNC doing? Still having trouble?

Can I give you some tips in color grading? I know you are too busy with so humongous project and video editing is the cherry on the top. If you let me know what software you use and give me a sample (I could use the youtube source but you know they re-encode the video) I could make you a few preset to try. Also it would be nice to know what gear you use to record, they usually have LUT's if you are recording in LOG.

Pretty good content so far, a bit hard to tell what you're saying as the voice comes over as very croaky, subs can't tell either, waiting for the next videos.

Another nice vid mate, I wish I had the knowledge to film and edit videos to showcase my work but I'm no computer wizard but give me a piece of timber and I'm away. I really do envy you guys who take the time to video, edit and upload these videos for us to watch its greatly appreciated as time is so valuable these days , great job all round. Just regards your stud walls did you not consider using M/R MDF, that's how I did mine. 9 mm M/R MDF and applied a small V-Detail on the edge of the sheets/Joints and looks great and in my view probably more durable than the plasterboard if something falls against it. I just kept my sheets 15 mm up from the floor to avoid any water getting sucked up from any spillages and applied a skirting. Whilst the 9 mm M/R is slightly more than a sheet of plasterboard by the time you'd bought board finish and the labour to skim it I was no worse of and got a faster turnaround for painting !
