For Android I’m using the simulator pixel 6 and you can get it by downloading Android studio. For iOS I’m using the simulator iphone 14 pro and to get this simulator you need to have a Mac and download Xcode. I hope this helps, let me know if you would like a video explaining how to set the simulators up
