Thanks so much for the demo - this is so helpful! I was wondering - is there a way to include a a couple of template lists when a new project is set up? (But still allow the user to add a new list if they want). I would like users to have a set list structure initially (like a template) but still have the flexibility to customise it as well.

Glad it could help! Within the workflow of creating a new project, you could include an additional step to automatically create a series of lists within it. Then, once a user is redirected to the project page, the lists will already be displayed liked a template. Let me know if this helps.

@@BuildingWithBubble Thanks for the suggestion. That sounds like a good idea. I struggled to make it work. Not sure this is the best way to do it but initially I tried using options sets, which created the list in my app data but I am unsure how to make it display. Any suggestions on the best way to do this? Thanks a million!

Ooh that would be soooo Nice!! 🤩 Oh. I just dont know where to begin but I just live Asana and I really want to make and adjust my own system. Same with clickup if you are familiar whith that? Just love those kind of system and I will feel like a real pro if I could make something like that one day 😅😇🙌🏼

Love the help man. Quick Question - I can see all lists and tasks in every board. How do I make it so I only see specific data whenever I click on a specific board

Thanks! You'll need to create a data field for each card called 'board', then link this to the board it's created on. Then in your repeating group, only display cards where the board equals the current page board. Hope this helps.

I have a card, but then I have a button to expand it, so I can see more info. If I wanted to have a dropdown, so I could manually change which column it was in, not drag it, how would I dynamically pull in the list of the list we are creating?

I don't have Current cell's board when I'm working with sending data in workflow

Hey, can you just double check that the element that triggers the workflow is actually inside of the repeating group. Sometimes an element might look like it's inside the repeating group, but it instead sits over the top of it. A good way to double-check if an element sits within your repeating group is by moving the repeating group itself, then seeing if the element moves with it. Let me know if this helps.
