They are important! However I had limited space as this build is part of my Speedbuild Town series, so my goal was to make a university/school that would serve its main purpose, to educate and produce a learning environment with school classrooms, a student center, etc. My intent is that "students" of this university can then use the jazz club to perform, the library to study, the restaurants around to eat, and soon the townhouses and hotels to live in! (All of which can be found in my Speedbuild Town series).
True, but some university's, especially in Boston, like MCPHS, are singular building universities. My goal was to make a school, regardless if it's university or high school, that doesn't take up the whole plot. This can be used perfectly for a highschool or for any other purpose you intend! But to answer your comment, its a small scale educational institution for my Speedbuild Town Series.
Coming from a person who frequently visits a particular college in my city, the buildings do in fact have lockers inside them. They aren’t needed as much as they are in high schools, but colleges and universities still have lockers
