Hey Logan the green houses look great! That freezer is going to make a big difference. Working as a chef for over 30 years a walk in freezer makes things easy.
On my greenhouses I would use a 12” piece of one “ diameter piece of pvc pipe and put a bag of just one bite mouse bait in the pvc pipe and the voles will eat there way through and eradicate them it works.
I don't know the cost, but what about some type of mesh or metal with SMALL openings over trays to keep mice from nibbling seedlings. This way, the plants can breathe and be watered. Or just LONG meshes to cover several trays at a time .just a thought.
In fact, I've found it degrades certain cheap plastics. That's likely due to the penetrating ingredient. It's great at its intended job but a poor shop coolant or lube oil replacement.
