A huge concert hall / opera house would be a great addition to the city.

You guys should make an entire section dedicated to sports arenas like Philadelphia, have all major sports grouped together for accesability. I think that'd look really nice once finished.

you should make an ethnic enclave (Chinatown, Koreatown, etc) to highlight cultural diversity and tourist locations in the city

This is the most insane city I've ever seen and its built so fast. When it's done it would be so cool for like a role-playing city minecraft server! 🎉🎉

You need football, baseball, and soccer stadiums now. It would also be cool is you would build a university with its own (much smaller) stadiums.

Hockey rinks themselves are much bigger than basketball courts. Normally when a stadium has both a hockey and basketball team they will cover the ice, and then put extra floor seating up to the court because there is so much extra space between the borders of where the rink needs to be to the court lines. Arena looks amazing but the hockey fan in me is kinda hoping that maybe a separate arena will be built because hockey cool and right now it is only recognizable as a basketball arena

In most Marina's, every other "ramp"(the part next to every boat) is usually missing and just has a pilon so it would be as shown below: Boat, Dock, Boat, Pilon, Boat, Dock, Boat, Pilon.

Maybe add a section which is a bit more similar to a European "city center" with older buildings which don't go above 3 stories. Similar to Paris. There should, ideally, also be a lot of parks then aswell.

You guys should make a metro system

Id love to see small stores like ones youd find in an older part of the city, where theyre just pushed together right up against a road, or maybe a school/housing area

Some special opera house or filharmony house would be nice. In style of Pragues concept of national filharmony on Vltavska which should be combination of modern architecture with public space would be fantastic. Also accessability to all these buildings from public transport should be added. Police stations, fire stations, hospitals, "olympic" stadium, racing circuit, horse riding arena, shooting range, car dealerships and services, industrial are, gas stations, observatory, China town, "central park", childrens playground, schools, casino, amusement park, ZOO, some statues, cemetry, churches etc.

I’d recommend tying the boats to the dock. Either leads, wool, whatever you can think of, especially for the smaller boats. Can’t wait for the next video cuz this is looking awesome!

I recommend a Good European Ethnic Enclave like a German, English, French, Dutch, Swiss, or Even a Polish Quarter, maybe on the Outskirts of your Town. I’d even recommend a Tuscan Area, full of Vineyards and Tuscan style Houses (I don’t know what you would use to Make your Vineyards but it’s entirely up to your build team) but this is all entirely up to you. Just merely a Suggestion.

Here’s my lore for the city In 1122 the 2 parts of the city were there own kingdoms The kingdom that is in the downtown of the city was very old and they had a war that tour the kingdom apart And the the kingdom on the other side of the city was very new and rich They had found many diamonds and crystals in there caves making them very modern Eventually both kingdoms became there own separate cities in different countries that bordered each other After a few years the county that owned the other part of the city attacked and claimed the county that owner the downtown part of the city And then they realized that both cities were very close to each other So they combined both cities Then they fixed the downtown area by adding more modern buildings while still keeping the historical building

I made some lore for the city(long comment) The city, then named San Alares, was established in 1467 by a maritime empire seeking to expand itself. After many years of success the colony was invaded by a nation coming from the inland under the name of Omos. After many battles, in 1695 the East Peninsula fell to Omos while the west remained independent. Omos then went through a civil war and the rebellion decided to join San Alares( the west) in 1759. As the 2 nations' capitals were so close to each other, both grew paranoid about their safety and entered an technology and arms race in light of the industrial revolution. In 1911, war broke out and the two cities were destroyed to the crisp. Peace came 6 years later and both nations regretted this war. So they decided to unite and to symbolize their unification, they decided to unite their capitals into 1 city: San Alamos. After uniting, the new nation became 1 of the strongest in the world.

I bring it to my best interest that you are now obligated to make an entire college campus, including NCAA stadiums and arenas. You should make a school with extremely rich tradition, like USC, Oklahoma, and plenty more. You should display this rich history and tradition in the stadium (preferably American football considering it’s by far the largest collegiate sport) like Doak Campbell Stadium at the University of Florida State. Along with a basketball arena and baseball/softball parks. But most of all, you gotta have the historical looking academic buildings around a beautiful campus. You can probably fill in the holes but if you would make this, that would undoubtedly complete this city.

I believe that for the first waterfront, there is not enough space given between the docks for the sailboats there to maneuver in and out. Other than that, those builds are neat!

You should make a live casino near this arena, a lot of cities have a casino right near the arena and sometimes a blvd or lark open walkable area between for fans to go before or after events.
