I would love to see a little family “compound” in Henford on Bagley! Like a grandparents house and 2-3 other little cottages with cousins/family in them
Beautiful build as always! An ecofriendly, solar punk hippy commune in Evergreen Harbor would be so cool. Or even a family campground or cabin village in Granite Falls would be cool too.
You could make such a beautiful ski lodge in the world from Snowy Escape (idk how to spell it). You could include a sauna/spa, private lodges, and maybe a little area for horseback riding depending on lot size 😊
I'd love a ranch in Chestnut Ridge with a main house and then separate little cabins for "ranch hands." Then you could actively play as a ranch hand taking care of the crops and animals in the shared outdoor space!
I think that a favorites button is an excellent idea ! I’m not sure why I never thought of it either . It totally makes sense ! I’m on board too 😊. Let’s see if the sims team hears us . I get the dining room and study room icons mixed up all the time - and I've played for almost 8,500 hours! lol As for QoL improvements: Alphabetical order, for goodness sake! Just put things in alphabetical order! Sometimes I think Maxis didn't get past grade three... Last name first. First name last, darnit!

This is the same suggestion I left on the last vid, but hey why mess with a good suggestion? XD An old western inn in Chestnut Ridge designed like a bar from a Western movie with a mezzanine where the rooms are! Also, it's not just you. I ALWAYS click the dining room icon when I want the study items, and I even remember James Turner making the same complaint early when Sims 4 came out!
I'm not really a modern builder, but it looks really cool! I especially love how you integrated the island living furniture! I think a hostel in Moonwood Mill would be cool! I've never been to a hostel, but I think the vibes would fit well! Or a good old stately Gothic hotel in Forgotten Hollow! Maybe with additional vampire hotel rooms in the basement? I can't wait to see the rest!
A Victorian goth mansion split into a duplex in the vampire world. (I just randomly got a backstory so hear me out lolll) An old rich woman turns vampire in the Victorian era 200 years later, tired of living for an eternity. her house has cracks and Cobb webs etc, she decides it’s to much for her so she splits the house in half and rents out to a new vampire family (parents & 2/3 kids) 🤷🏽♀️. In my mind she’s still old and miserable so her side is still like that and the family said has the aesthetic and history of the build but renovated.
I would love to see Tudor style townhomes in Windenburg! I'd also absolutely love to see some nice Row Homes for San Sequoia, and a converted/renovated manor style apartment building in Brindleton Bay! I've been enjoying playing with my Sims living in rentals lately, and I love that you're doing a build for each world! It's so much fun to see!

Somehow add in another world like newcrest with all empty lots, but better lighting and more lot shape variety, and if we’re really dreaming, have the layout of it be kinda like the snowy escape world with a desert section, a farmy/more lush section, and a normal neighborhood type section A WAY TO FAVORITE ITEMSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!! A nice catalog reorganization like sorting dining tables by size, and the official separation of kitchen clutter and bathroom clutter in the sort by menu
I really always appreciate your comments about the quality of sims packs (esp now) and agree with a lot of the things you point out. It's never vicious commentary, just honest and transparent, and you can tell it comes from a place of love for both the games and the community. This was such a beautiful build btw!

Yea no, those dang dining room and office icons needed to be at least one apart! I’m so glad it’s not just me thinking that dining table looks like a desk!😅😅
Just as a side note regarding your tv stand complaint, coffee tables and some console tables work as tv stands. I find it so much easier to build using the categories tab instead of the room tab
I was born in Puerto Rico, there are plenty of little hotels near the beach side my family would go to for vacations; this DEFINITELY is giving resort lol! I love the exterior so mucg
Don't use the icons when building for that reason of getting them mixed up 😆I just use the the drop down from the next menu down, rarely get confused there. What I do get mixed up is how couches/chairs under Comfort and not Surfaces. You bum sits on the surface of a couch, so it should be in Surfaces to me 😆 Also, I use the half tile kitchen cabinets for TV stands sometimes. Opens up the decor options quite a bit!

Yes. I am TERRIFIED of going more than 10 ft out into the water in the ocean and I am anxious the whole time that my foot is going to touch a crab or other creature but I can be in/near a pool for hours and hours. Also sometimes being covered in sand makes me feel gross lol.
I got a question - is it actually possible to make residental rentals on any lot in sulani? Including this - Journeys End? I've built a beautiful apartment complex on this exact lot - but I can't convert it to a residental rental 😢
This came at the perfect time. My sims are going into the marine biologist career and I want them to move to sulani. I'll definitely be using this. It's gorgeous. Also yes, I confused the dining table icon too lol
I agree wirh having an automatic "most used items" section. Though I really try to flip around and try different things. I still always end up with the same things 😂
I don't have the pack yet but I really want to make, like, a fancy gated community type of thing on the lot with the huge house in brindleton - that lot is way too big for one house, and I feel like you could easily do multiple homes and gardens and such there, basically a whole small but fancy neighborhood
I really like the 3 bedroom apartment most of all the others. I was thinking u should go in NewCrest instead of any other so u can make a 50x50 lot to make an apartment nobody as seen before.
I would love to see you build something in the eco brutalism aesthetic maybe in city living world or maybe even the eco lifestyle one idk doesnt really matter I just think you would pull off something like that soo well with your love to luxurious and minimalistic interiors
For brindelton bay make a cats and dogs only hotel like the cats and dogs are the customers lol and same thing for the horse ranch world make like a barn hotel for the horses
