Hay bloke great job, not a boily but can weld, when your doing a butt join angle your gun at the the thickest piece of steel towards the rounded edge not streight down at the the cut off edge as can burn through, hope this helps, I started out doing cursive e's but now have switched to whipping action, 3 steps fwd 2 steps back, got the same welder it's a little weapon, if you can lay a good bead on a scrap piece of the same thickness and have signs of good penertration on the under side of your laughing. If your welding gasless no need to grind back gal done about 40 odd meters of framing panels on my joint all streight over the gal. What thickness of steel did you go with, 2 or 3 mm ?
