I've got an engine swap coming up and decided I'd make life a little easier and build an engine stand to help get the donor engine spruced up before installation. Plus, it comes with the added benefits of content for the channel and having a stand on hand for any future needs.
This stand is constructed with some thin-walled square tubing and other supplies I had on hand. It should be strong enough for the little D16 project coming up (I guess we'll see for sure in the video coming soon), but I don't think I'd be With some stiffer tubing, you could probably hang anything on it that you could fit.
