Building an entire marina because your Sim can't cook in the houseboat is an absolute chef's kiss. I love this build so much!

Fun fact: there’s actually string lights that wrap perfectly around a tree in debug. There’s also tree lanterns :)

Love to see a Botanist build, like a house full of plants that they study, with & lots of books that they write their findings in. 💐

As someone from Maine the cozy little port town reminds me of deep sea fishing with my dad in the summers. You guys did a great job of capturing it.

What about an "everything is not what it seems" challenge? Where you try to use as many things for something that is not their intended use, have hidden rooms, secret gardens, etc.

Oh my goodness, this build went from incredible to insane! The house boat alone would've been super impressive but the impromptu decision to built a whole pier literally made my day ✨ I'm just always fascinated with how many creative little bits and ideas you two have, like, I would never think of half of these little tricks and hacks.

If you want a realistic looking shutter, there's an air vent in the outdoor wall decor section that when sized up and stacked looks pretty good. It comes in a decent range of swatches as well!! :)

I love when you do base game stuff! As someone who can't afford 50+ packs it really highlights the things you can do just in base game!

Tip: if you place something in a basement and then raise it up it'll be visible on the above layer but won't physically be there (and therefore won't interrupt your sims). You should be able to use the boat without issues if you do that

I love this little pier. I feel like if you want more than 1 sim to live here, you can use just add furniture to the houses on the pier or even build more of the little house boats.

If you haven't(I'm new to the channel, so I have yet to see all your videos, but so far I love you guys ) maybe you could do; --a parlor(for ex. tattoo, beauty, funeral, pizza, massage, ice cream, etc.) --a salon(for ex. hair, nail, spa, etc.) --barber shop --Museum(for ex. art, science, military and war, history, etc.) --a library(for ex. academic, school, etc.) --a botanist build(someone else requested this and I love that idea, so I figured I'd add it) --maybe a ancient times build? or medival? maybe renaissance? --greenhouse --a mosque? it might be difficult, but I believe you could do it! --bowling center --gym That's all the ideas I have right now 😅

This is my absolute favorite build. I totally thought the boat was going to be too small and narrow to be a decent living space, but you fit everything a Sim needed! And it looks SO good. Man, I wish it was this easy to build a real boathouse. Challenge idea: A giant private cruiser that acts as a house to multiple people. Bottom floor has to be the engine room with tons of pipes and storage stuff! Second floor maybe the "house" bit with kitchens etc and the stairs/ladder to the ground outside. Maybe stick personalized bedrooms in there or make another floor for them? Top deck has to have an area for them to hang out (lounging? fishing? partying?), plus the control room!

Sooo stressed out right now with finals coming up & this video was released at the perfect time!! Thanks queens for giving me some time to chill in between my panics hahaha

I just LOVE this! All the small details just really make the build so cozy and this makes me feel like I’m in a log cabin, even when I’m just watching it! I love your style. It’s such a nice mix of the coziest place ever, yet a modern and natural area. While I was watching the parents living scene in the 8 story house, I said “why in the world would they chose that table? It looks… weird” and then when it was done, I said “wow. I want to live here. Like, just on the table. I WOULD DO IT-“ Your sense of humor and the amazing commentary makes me smile. I can’t believe I’ve only known about this channel for a month or two. my only complaint about the sims 4 is I want the ability to edit the whole neighborhood, not just a couple lots. Imagine if you could extend your little pier out to the actual ocean, if you could make a whole neighborhood built into the side of a hill so everyones house has a half basement and the front lawn is a steep walkway with several levels for plants and a sidewalk with trees several floors below the first floor of the house. Put trees all over the neighborhood and its a community that was built in the middle of a forest. I would love that ability.

I really love your sims 4 videos! My gripe with a lot of popular sims 4 youtubers is that they struggle and need to make their builds "perfect" and seem to be devoid of any creativity. But you guys? You use the "ugly" wallpaper, the unconventional couch, and you figure out how to make the furniture match the atmosphere! Plus, I never know what to expect! You are both so creative and it makes me really happy to see all of your tips because I work a lot with debug base game. Cool debug tip- you can find a version of the tall potted vines without the pot and have it climb your outdoor walls, line porches, and even layer it with other climbing flowers! I wish base game had some kind of vine option, but I saw that in another comment you had an overgrown green house on your list! Hopefully this tip helps, it worked for my pastel-goth-witch cottage!
