Building an international coaching practice that focuses on cross-cultural coaching can be both rewarding and challenging.
It offers the opportunity to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and help them navigate the complexities of intercultural interactions.
However, it also comes with its unique set of challenges, which requires dedication, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to ongoing learning.
This talk will explore how coaches can:
- Navigate unconscious bias and develop cultural sensitivity
- Develop a niche that can help individuals and teams navigate cross-cultural complexities, fostering understanding, and enhancing collaboration.
- Create a more equitable and inclusive environment
- Build an international coaching practice that allows you to work with clients from around the world, expanding your client base and reach.
Nisha Vyas - PCC certified coach, trainer, and supervisor, is committed to helping coaches and leaders reach their full potential, she will be sharing valuable insights and practical advice for coaches looking to establish or expand their international coaching practice with a focus on cross-cultural coaching.
Nisha will bring her experience in various coaching and facilitation settings, as well as her commitment to cultural diversity and inclusion.
About Nisha Vyas:
Nisha is a PCC certified coach, trainer and supervisor. She is passionate about helping coaches and leaders with high aspirations to step up to their full potential. As a member of the Animas training team, she is committed to bring out the best in others and help them become a powerful transformational coach. She works in a wide range of ways from one to one, group, corporate, youth and leadership coaching with a global client base.
As a coach supervisor and mentor, Nisha has a passion for supporting coaches to connect with their authentic coaching style with confidence; she is also passionate about developing cultural diversity and inclusion in coaching.
Despite a successful career within the corporate world of Football and Sport, she found herself and others questioning their motivation and feeling increasingly stressed. They neglected their well-being in favour of work, which inevitably led to exhaustion and an unhealthy work/life balance.
Nisha works with a range of private clients from Football authorities, and in partnership with global coaching and leadership companies who are committed to developing high performance employees and productive, highly motivated teams.
Nisha has also previously worked as a Youth Coach and Mentor within high schools, providing coaching support to children aged 11-16.
