I would love to give it a shot. Only if I can use the sewing machines. No hand stitching here! I'm retired and have thought about going to my local Cobbler and all of I can work with him for free. Not able to make any additional income because of Washington's BS rules, but do love to work and this craft is so interesting!!

*Way too expensive! But I do love the look of these boots! I love suede! I wish they had been cheaper. In another video he said they will do more releases throughout the year. It's a real shame they aren't more affordable. I know it's because of higher end materials. But still, many wish they were more affordable lol 😅🤣🤣🤣! I don't have $650 laying around you know?*

What last eill the production ones come in? My only pnw boot is a HNW and i would prefer a wider toe relative to the heel cup. The width of the toe is good but the boot feels loose around the heel. Also a sleeker slightly lower profile toe would be preferable.

at the bottoming part, without press machine to press the rubber out sole after applying adhesive, would I be able to achieve the same result by just hammering it down the out sole?

Masters glue is what he used and to last you use a lasting tack. There’s other tacks for other processes not used in this video

The Vibram V100 Honey soles would be a better choice instead of the unit sole. That way you can have a leather heel stack.

Great looking boots! TBH I think the name is kinda cringe though. I get it, bears need to be killed sometimes but 'slaying' sounds like you're enjoying it or doing it wantonly. Just rubs me the wrong way. Maybe the target market won't care but in 2024 when we have more environmental awareness, Bear Slayer sounds to my ear like it was concocted in the 1940s or by a little kid. Still, I hope they do well for you as I like Weston and everything about Rose Anvil. I hope this can be seen as constructive criticism. Alternative names (off the top of my head) - Bear Country Boots, Bear Walkers, Bear Trails, Bear Cave Boots, Bear Paws.

I disagree, Bear Slayer is perfect. Slayer being indicative of having a greater martial prowess. Based on my experiences with hostile bears, having an edge on a bruin that outweighs you several times over is incredibly important if you'd like to survive. I hope this can be seen as constructive criticism.
