Pretty impressive that Frischi is still a badass on the bike. Very cool to have a team director who is still very capable. Your ability to persevere after that crash and injury is herculean. You're a true warrior. The footage of that lever swap was incredible, BTW.

OK Here's a hard question.. So kate, you were feeling good at the start of the season but like most had lost a whole season racing. But when it comes down to it it was the same for everyone. But you got trounced. How does that feel? is it that there is soo much talent nowadays that the cream can only last for a couple of years or do you think that actually you are actually still capable of winning in the style that you did before?
