You've got to get a better handle on the AAC QC/QA process. I know its a MASSIVE undertaking, but millions of American's are banking on PSA not only providing quality, affordable ammunition, but we're also risking our safety and putting it into PSA hands on this one. Please step it up a bit, I know freak accidents happen, but it needs to be the minority and not a universal experience.

I work at an FFL the receives PSA transfers almost daily, so it was very interesting to see the shipping process.

Just watching that my two Jakls were given specialized treatment during assembly makes me proud to bring mine to the range. I’ll be ordering another Jakl 13.7 in OD green soon .. so proud that PSA is on the ball and an American company. Love the video guys! Outstanding job!

One of the hardest things to plan for is growth! Many times, we build twice as big as needed and have to expand in 10 months or less. The plan should be to have the land for expansion to add on as needed. Just remember, with each expansion comes a greater need for parking, truck areas, and loading docks. Planning for these changes requires a good team. I like the use of humans in every process seen in this video! People are required for advances and changes needed to continue to grow.

Keep focusing on your guys' QC and you guys will be #1 soon. PSA rocks

The upcoming PSA 570 shotgun looks great. I'm going to get one. I just hope PSA eventually makes an M4 shotgun clone. An affordable, made in USA, M4 clone would be very popular and would take so much business away from those hit and miss Turkish clones. Also, no more 922r import crap if it's made right here in America. Having the option for a full mag tube right from the factory would be a game changer.

Love all my PSA "tools" that i own. No issues with quality or fit and finish. Love these video's that show how all this comes together. Looks like a logistics nightmare, but apparently you guys got that figured out. Looking forward to the AAC video. I use it exclusively now days, as it runs clean and affordable to use. No more Win white box for me 🤣

I understand the reasons why people criticize PSA products but overall they are a huge asset and blessing to the 2A community. No one does what they do for the American gun owner like they do. Their business model alone is an argument in clear common use in court

Great video, enjoyed the H&R segment, I know it is a long shot, but is there any possibility of H&R doing any Proto15's in the future? Have always wanted a Proto top charging AR and missed the boat when they were available a few years back, would be great to replicate a piece of US firearm history.

PSA is by far the best smiths out there n i really hope they can get the QC up to par because thats the one area that seems to be lacking, arguably the most important part but regardless, i have faith

To continue with the vertical integration and falls inline with your commercial real estate strengths. Having a network of ranges that shooters who want to shoot a lot but don’t have access to good ranges would exponentially grow the shooting sports world. Often the case that any range that is worth going to (300+ yard rifle range, 180 degree pistol/rifle training bays) is over an hour away from peoples home and is an ordeal How often I hear people say yeah I just don’t have anywhere good to shoot otherwise I would do it more often. I think that would be a very cool branch of PSA to take undeveloped land and make them into shooting ranges. I genuinely think if there were more access it would stimulate the gun and ammo manufacturing economics.

Has there been any consideration to offer non P/W Sabre uppers or at least offer some “Plan B” style muzzle device options if they have to be P/W for manufacturing reasons?

They need to use an action rod while torquing barrel nuts. All of my uppers had clocked barrels, and it seems to be a common issue.

How come no one cleans the barrel after test firing? It’s disappointing to get a new gun with a dirty barrel.

Paint.. cerakote.. Teflon.. what about black oxide, parkerizing, or blueing? Or even dlc? Just want the most durable.

5:24 talking about the test firing, "every single upper on every cart is shot, minimum of 3 rounds per cart" So are you doing batch testing or individual testing on the uppers?

Good. Now it’s time to start using proper tools to assemble the uppers. I have PSA uppers up to 8 years old and every single one of them had clocked extensions like SOTAR showed not long ago. It explains the slight peening on the lugs of every bolt in my PSA uppers. I just went through a fixed them and the barrel nut torque ranged from correct to damn near destroying the receiver trying to break it loose. Please do better because I like what you stand for and generally like your stuff.

Blem Rifles…Don’t have Blemishes ….I could not find anything wrong with my AR measures at mill spec plus ..other then a tiny light spot on my muzzle brakes bluing….it might have even come from me bumping in on the picnic table on the first day there’s nothing wrong with the “Blemish Rifle” I purchased! I’m very happy with my Rifle ESPECIALLY For the Price!

Overall, the factory is decent. The AR and AK lines are missing alot of manufacturing 5S practice. On the other hand, the dagger line looks much improved and must be the new line as alot of error proof are present. There's a saying in Quality, you can inspect quality into the product, you have to built it in. I am still a PSA fan boy too due to economic price parts. 😂

Your shorter barreled ks47 guns don't work as designed. The new TCE extractor breaks, I tested it. No amount of babying it helps it still breaks. They will continue to break until the bolt is redesigned to allow for a thicker extractor like an ar10 bolt or something in between. The only reason you don't get more complaints is because most people aren't shooting their guns very much.

I love my blem psa ar. My only complaint is that it had rust on the barrel. It was light but rust none the less. Assuming that's why it was a blem.

I would feel free if I had a PSA 300 blackout saber bolt action.....

As soon as I got my jakl I had to send it right back because one of the screws was drilled and tapped at an angle so I had to wait almost 2 months between initial shipping and waiting for it to be fixed before I even got to shoot it. Overall it was worth the wait I really enjoy shooting it, would’ve been even nicer if they would’ve sent a few rounds of ammo back with it as a sorry it got through QC and for the wait.
