I would guess that the shield is meant to be aegis, which is something zeus has on him alot in stories. Or hi rez just lazy

5:10 -- The chain lightning teleported the minion to mid lane and hit an enemy God, giving you an assist. I saw this bug a lot. I think the minions are being teleported to (0, 0) or something.

I feel liek they should increase the range of his 2 so he can at least hit it againt the ranged champs he face or his poke damage ad dps will be so low compared to what it was

2 components make an t2, 2 t2s make an item, so you can have a T2 in your 6th slot, but can't fully upgrade until you have enough gold for the finished item.
