The timer that she used in the video is the windows clock/alarm. if you press the windows key on your keyboard and search clock , then it should pop up! also, depending on which colour your laptop's theme is, the colour of the clock will be. since she has her clock on dark mode and her pc/laptop's theme is pink, her clock is pink and black ^^
