Thanks for showcasing this fast developing site. I know the terrain very well as i am currently developing there on behalf of a client. I will strongly recommend the area to anyone because it is devoid of any land litigation. The lands are owned by Tema Development Corporation who are the most efficient government land agency in the country. Any development without the requisite permit documentation, encroachment beyond boundaries are demolished.
@@nanayaw9754 some sections of the roads are deplorable. I concur with you that the roads will be redone. Asphalt roads on the other hand are incredibly expensive, however a double sealed bitumen lay should suffice for the future.
@@Ahoto_papa_bi the last time I checked it was $10,000 + depending on where you’re looking. I’m so sorry to say if you want to buy then get it now. Land prices in Ghana is on steroids
