Looking Good boss. Please about the grass closer to the main building....won't watering them cause damping on the block work....

Nice observation. But the watering will not be everyday.

Quite the opposite. Grass absorbs water. But I would recommend sloping the dirt touching the wall to prevent stagnant water directly below the wall.
