You can increase frontal air intake with the door closed by removing the white plastic covers. Keep up with the good work :)

i just open the door while gaming or other heavy tasks and close it most other times

Went through the whole 'looking for a case that can fit a bunch of drives' thing a while ago. Ended up going with the Fractal R5 since I was air cooling but man there aren't many ATX cases out there if you want/need a bunch of drives and aren't rack mounting. End result looks pretty good, well done.

Yep I know your pain, My server is 2.5inch only so I had a 3.5inch Disk Shelf, but the Disk shelf was too loud so i had to sell that off. I did not want the 3.5inch disks to go to waste

My God, what a hot box you have there. It would help if you modified your new chassis to get some airflow going or a cooler system.

Actually while gaming (or other heavy tasks) I just simply leave the door open, so the three front fans can gulp up as much air as possible. On idle or casual loads its acutally fine thanks to that very loud server fan.
