Make sure you have the led lights end piece plugged. If that’s done be sure you have batteries in the remote and the remote is close to the box when trying to turn it on.

Don’t buy this it didn’t come with a fire place such a waste of money says I’d receive 2 packages the fireplace and tv stand only received one and on Amazon it says they were both delivered
