Pirelli 190/60s are designed for 600 wheels now. In regards to the bigger rotors, if you ever plan to consider racing take note to read into the regulations for the class you may want to race. Such as for me I can't change to bigger rotors, have to run the stock master cylinder, and stock calipers. I can however change to steel braided lines and better pads, and better rotors provided I don't change diameter, levers etc.
Also, depending on the level you're at those tires can last more than two days, especially the front. Try running the front between 34-36psi off warmers, and the rear 23-25psi off warmers.
Loving the build! I am currently re-building a 2009 CBR600RR race bike and will post a video in the coming weeks with all the mods and parts! Subbed my 600RR Brother!
what size is that rear? if its a 190, you should have no problem with spacing.. I run a 190 Michelin and have a lot of space.. now if its a 200, then yeah, its probably too big..
