I think if you want kids, you should put all the bedrooms upstairs and all the extra rooms like gym/theatre downstairs. What if you had a newborn and a 3yrs old. The 3yr old would be sleep alll the way upstairs and you and the newborn/1yr old would be downstairs. It seems more convenient to be all on one floor to keep a better eye on all the young kids. I see this a lot where half the rooms are upstairs and the parents rooms are downstairs. Genuine question does that work well?

Lol! Seriously, I think I have to play this ending over again....it sounded like every other room was either a 1/2 bath or full bathroom. It is a great design - I love the 1st to 2nd floor staircase placement. Very exciting to be at this phase in your Married life. What does Josh do, I'm not sure I've ever heard you say what he does for a living. And the umpaloompa look is retro and back in style....but it will wear off and A Lemon and salt scrub will help it along faster....Be Well Babies ❤

Yes I think definitely record the whole process but then do a series once the house is ready and kind of you moving in so before a grand reveal of the house add the series of a few videos to show the process and stages from dates and days would be nice
