I completely agree, I had to make sure i caught the amazon listing when it was on prime and not 1 month and $20 shipping, but the product itself is great!

Now this is an actual big upgrade. The old keyboard sounds way worse, especially the space bar

I completely agree. The new keyboard sounds a lot better, but it also feels incredible compared to the old one.

@@PeytonToenjes I can imagine, I used to own the RK61, then I switched to some other crappy keeb. Now I own the keychron v10, sounds (if you wanna know how it sounds, there is a video on my channel), feels and is overall much better

a great switch reccomendation for you is the gateron pro milky yellows really creamy sound and overall the best budget switch

The plastic is for making the keyboard less pingy hipyo tech made the mod

So that plastic layer was technically meant to stay on? either way, the end product sounds great so I'm not sure how much better it would've made it. Thank you for letting me know though :)

@@PeytonToenjes It's PET plastic, you can always just do the tape mod for a similar effect if. I've got 2 x GMK's to mod.. tempted to see what they sound like with 1 on and 1 off

you did great man gave a like. I mod over 16 Keyboards lol you did good first time. Ans did to GMK67 might do more GMK67 Ill sub to man. Sounds good GMK67 is great board and mine are very thocky lol

Honestly for being ur first customer build not bad to be honest I really don’t like the switches too clacky. But if u want budget thock go for Gateron milky yellows. But still a great build
