I dont think the new chem makes players unusable out of position. Players don't get negative stats like with old Chem. They still play with base stats when out of position. I do think they need to tweak draft a bit to make it fit the new system though. Maybe add in the ability to position change one or two players or something like that.

Simply make it to where a cam can play cm and a cdm can play cm and vice versa and same with wingbacks and wingers

You should suggest that in Draft Mode specifically that players are able to gain chem if they're in a secondary position, would improve the chemistry system for drafts by miles.

The chem on drafts is stupid if we can't position change and stuff and they said when the player isnt in the right position they don't work now in drafts u can't do that soon dumb ea
