Pals… I built a PC!
Ever since the Teenage Engineering case caught my eye many months ago, I had been intrigued about building a PC…so… I got a little ambitious & decided that it needed to be part of my first PC build! Because you have to bend it from scratch, it definitely becomes way easier if you got an extra hand or two (Thankfully I had the coolest pals ever -- Shevon & Brad) to help me in my journey. 💕
The result is this very chaotic video, that truly represents the energy that day LOL

It's been a moment, but my little PC is still my main device and it's still thriving, so if you're down for a challenge, it's super fun to make! (It also makes me smile every time I look at it in my desk, so there's also that haha)

Did the GPU actually fit? It’s 2.5 slot and looks too tall for the top to fit on.

I'm surprised you were able to fit the Asus card. I also have a computer-1 build but could not get the card to fit the asus 3060 without it slightly warping the top panel. If I did have it on the PC would always whistle since the fan idles at 30% and the top is perforated haha. Switched to the MSI aero card and it became much quieter but honestly would have preferred the Asus card. Does your front panel audio work??

Yeah our top is warped a tiny bit. No whistle but the card's fans are always at 30 percent so she's a bit louder than we expected but it's fine I guess. Front I/O USB works but we messed up the audio and didn't feel like redoing it since taking apart the case is so hard lol

@@bradbennett1420 you probably didn't mess up the audio connections. I've seen several others mention their front audio refuses to work but no fixes mentioned. Contacted teenage engineering and the hardware for the front headphone jack supports an older audio format(?) that they mentioned you could switch in the BIOS. But the format seems to not be supported by most motherboard manufacturers these days. At least when I called MSI about my B550 they said it wasn't supported. Seems to be a very strange oversight from an audio enthusiast company.

Question - how did you get the GPU to fit? Trying a similar build and the GPU is too thick so I can't get the top part to fit onto the case. Any help appreciated!

Oh I see the comment below about bending the top. It seems like a real squeeze
