Awesome job on your island so far. I'm glad you could make the most out of it considering how small your island is. Also, I have an idea for how you can continue to expand your island while maintaining your pirate theme. What if you built out your pirate base on the water by building different-style boats and rafts to help organize and store some of your items and loot. If that doesn't work, you could build your base underneath your island to make it like a secret pirate hideout. Of course, these are only suggestions. It is your cove at the end of the day. I don't think he uses alot of time for gaming over family as it's usually just a 30 minute recording which gets edited by his editor so I don't think much time is spent over family. Just 30-45 minutes of the day.

hey crainer your island is looking great right now but i think a way to make it better is you could add some decorations on the outside of your island or even like a sunken ship to add to that pirate theme.
Crainer you should also make a squid island discord server for the people who love the series but dont have redit (me i love the series and don't have redit)
You proberly gonna need a better House soon, it kinda feels small and flat compared to the rest of the island, there is alot of cool pirate houses you can get inspiration from for exampel - pirate house (google images) But you do a good work with everything else Crainer.

Love the bird cage you made for Polly. Although Crainer, there are no rules yet that says extending your small island is illegal, so you could extend your land if you wanted.

For a house u could make a giant glass bottle with like a boat inside or something but that might not work idk Ps: u could do it with Polly’s house/cage
Just an opinion, but i think a pirate lookout would serve as a better home for Polly. Right now, it feels more like Jelly's cage for Beeny from last season of Squid Island. It would be a change, but if you could make a pirates lookout, Polly would have a better view. If the others were going to harm Polly anyways, surrounding her in glass isn't going to do anything. Love everything else about the island though and am glad you didn't rely on Slogo to make this one as you did with the flag.
Hey Crainer i think it would be cool to do a chequered pattern above the dock with jungle slabs and air and hang the vines over the front and sides more
Once tamed, interacting with a parrot makes it sit down and stand up. A tamed parrot follows the player unless told to sit and teleports if there is a distance of 12 blocks between it and the player. A death message is displayed to its owner upon death. The parrot teleportation is completely silent.
Instead of the port crainer should have made his boat there and made it look like his ship crashed into the island, it would have been better in my opinion maybe in the future
You should build a Stone Mountain around your land and make it like a bat cave and for the dock you should make a skull face again but make the mouth a massage entrance then build a giant pirate ship next to your land for storage and if they say you can’t build anything of your land (the pirate ship) than you can just say that that’s unfair because there land is a lot bigger so you deserve to have at least one thing of your land
You should try make the dock like the sea of thieves one where a gigantic boat is next to and it also has like trader stuff there, you could put some villagers there

Idea: crainer since your island is the smallest maybe you could make some Skyscraper with many different levels or you can make a sky Island like jelly at the start of S1
Crainer, to make it more like a pirate cove, why not surround the entire build in like a volcano of some sort, and have your base lie inside of it, you could wrap the volcano around the skull and it'd look insane
I think crainer should build his house in the water cave right where he built his dock . Half of it would be under water and the other have would be above the water. Edit:I think he could have a skylight but under the water and build under the sandstone. I think cage made of fences would look a lot better, instead of giant aquarium. Also i think Crainer doesnt know that leafes (put by the player) dont dissappear without wood
