This house is very beautiful. I am genuinely happy for the two of you. You took us through the journey of your house, much appreciated. I waited for long to see the end product of this house, and the patience paid me off. Mr and Mrs Kanyongo, well done for this great job. Your hard work is paying off.
Thank you for the video As a junior construction project manager I feel excited to see a good relationship between Project manager, Project owner and Architect
Wow this is beautiful, I am happy for you Gibbs and Emiliah .everytime pandinoona notification ndinomhanya kunoona pamasvika .Welldone ! You are almost done
Thank My Kanyongo for the update. I has been a long journey. Knowing what you know now, where do you think time could be save in similar projects ? What could be your advice to project personnel on how they could make improvements?
Welldone Gibbs and Emilia. This is simply breathtaking. Nice finishes. Beautiful landscaping coming up. May I know were you got your flower iro rinonzi ornamental grass from.
Is this achievable for an average individual? Considering the comprehensive scope of the project, including land acquisition, construction costs, and project management expenses, it appears to exceed a million dollars in investment. If you're comfortable sharing, could you please provide insight into the total expenditure thus far?
Well done!!! Thank you for the update. I'm motivated to work harder and start on my main house. The cottage is still incomplete, but I know the Lord will help me find another source of income in addition to my monthly salary. God bless you. 🙏
Yes it’s one of our retirement options as we will be moving back and forth between this and our other homes in US and the Caribbean. But more time will probably be in this house.
There are a lot of things but the one thing which kind of surprised us the almost was the work ethic of some of the contractors. They want to be given the job but have very poor work ethics. Fake promises and lies are quite common in these contractors. The surprising thing is that to them it’s just normal and they don’t see anything wrong with that. They get surprised that you are upset with them for not holding their end of the bargain.
Zimbabweans can spend their entire fortune building a 10 bedroom hse and yet they can only use 3 bedrooms. Surprisingly they can't make the same effort to build a factory. Can't put their mind together to at least resurface roads leading to their houses. Cry my beloved Zimbabwe.
@@gibbsandemiliah3723 Zanu pf taught us a very bed culture, success to us now means building 16 bedroom houses, or 30, 50 bedroom. I don't blame the pple investing their hard earned cash into massive Mansions, just that from an economic point of view it makes a mockery of minds when compared with the state of the national economy.
This is very beautiful. I’m interested in building a home in Zim but I’m struggling to find a trustworthy and reliable team. Do you have any social media accounts so I can message you privately?
