Something I have repeatedly failed to understand - why do dioramaists assemble everything before painting it? I would think that getting primer and perhaps base-coat down would make it easier to get the details right if you did it before gluing things on top of other things and making crannies it's hard to get a paintbrush into. Weathering and washes obviously happen after assembly, but why all the painting? I am not criticizing, I just honestly cannot see what's apparently obvious to everyone who actually does this as art.
Nice to see I'm not the only one who uses dollar store-Lego-knockoffs as well. Real Lego is too pricy for that , but the knockoffs are so useful and cheap.
High end work. A great diorama with a perfect create and arranged scene. A good eye for all the details which makes the difference. Congratulation to such a work, Adrian. Greetings, Joachim
