Building Restoration Phase I - Power Washing 

This is the first phase of a church building restoration in which we power washed the exterior, fixed cracked and chipped cast stone, removed old caulk joints and grout joints and replaced with new, installed stone sealer, repointed masonry and repaired concrete. C & D is a commercial property maintenance company that has been serving the Dallas area for over 35 years. In addition to building restoration, we also perform parking lot sweeping, striping, pressure washing and concrete services in Dallas and surrounding areas.
