As per your video no need to maintain set backs and still for parking but Tsbpass floor plan mentions to maintain still , set backs on sides and 1.5 m. Can you please clarify if GHMC rules or TSbpass permission will previal finally??

Nice video, if we have 30 feet road then how much space we need to leave. secondly as you said if it is less than 240 yards then we need to leave 3 feet on three sides apart from road side. This three feet including compound wall? if we leave two sides and ignore one side what will happen. Hi, ours is just 61 sqyrds and that is also inside a small narrow lane, that lane is for the ppl to get inside their houses, and that lane has only 3 houses inside and other three sides of my house is surrounded by other houses, so should we leave any set back to my house, plz explain. Thank you
