Damn you must have gotten a Ton done in your 150 day week 😂. Jokes aside five_dc on rebrickable has a good low cost snowspeeder that looks just as good as brickvault. (only 246 pieces so shouldn’t cost you more than like $40) the clear pieces are a bit rare so I would switch them to black on bricklink

TBC- The only person who can be 2/3's through the year and yet be on week 7 of aoc he started in 2021😂 All jokes aside, u should check ur Lego store's pab wall cause mine had 2x2, 2x4, and 2x6 white tile. As far as around the feet of the AT-AT, just use brick to get close and then fill the gaps with white studs

For the foot thing you could just put slopes and cheese slopes to show like the snow is flying out from the at ats foot and for the other o es maybe use snot then loosely place pieces In the remaining gaps p. Hopefully this helps and could work

A good option for the snowspeeder is getting instructions from brick vault it’s really cool and minifigure scale so it would look great next to the at at
