I was confident going on looks that Theo was an Aussie, and patted myself on the back hearing him talk, until I realised the subtle difference - a Kiwi - even better.
It makes so much sense to just create teams with feeder colleges that bring athletes through. The continuity and consistency makes so much sense. The best running nations (East Africa) have been doing something like NAU and MSE have going. It's just a great model for developing runners.
