Despina, I still feel your voice has lost some energy and bounce, I really hope you are not overdoing all the hard work. Having said that, I has also been a joy to watch you getting really stuck into working with Davide and your brother to get the house sorted before the cold wet weather arrives with the autumn. Just take care, we want to see you there tother, now and through the future. After that long introduction, you are all getting stuck into a major burst of work on the house, it is looking very good as you develop the property.

Your roof rafters are just sitting on the top wall plate without a stud to support it. Also, your ridge beam looks under siz for the span, but I might be wrong!

I don’t wish to be picky but this roof is covered with “sheets” not tiles. Whatever you call them, be careful of dust coming from them particularly is they are made of asbestos. Always wear masks when cutting, drilling or scraping them.

I think you could rig up a pulley system so you don't have to carry so many supplies up the ladder. Add ropes so someone on the ground can pull it up and control the swing of it. Get a long hook to reach out and pull it to you if need be. Your knees will thank you in your old age. Beautiful work family ❤

Using chainsaw to make the rafter bird mouth cuts was faster than with the electric saw and using hand saw to finish the cut. Any small imperfection as you said will be covered anyway.Awesome job so far ! Glad to see Dessy's Mom and brother lending a hand. Worried that Dessy is doing too much until her surgery is completely healed ! 👍👍👍🏆🙏🏻❤
