Dear friends, in this video, we started building the summer-winter kitchen to create the best conditions in this mountain village and ensure maximum comfort during winter. The construction process will span several episodes, as it is a large project that requires time and effort. The kitchen is located in a spot with a beautiful view, allowing us to enjoy the wonderful landscape, especially in winter 😊.
The construction is 4 meters long and 2 meters wide. I would have liked to make it a bit wider, but the space didn't allow it. Let me tell you a little about what I cooked 😊. In this video, I made traditional Romanian mici, a delicacy 😊. I hope I don't make you too hungry :)).
