This is a long overdue video, all of the fabrication to get the Charger where it is right now was an undertaking to say the least. But now that all of the sheetmetal fabrication is finished on the body of the car I can finally start bodywork and get this in high build primer in the next video which makes me excited because that means the widebody parts are going on and I can't wait. I also have been working in the background to figure out how to make all of the Trackhawk AWD work in the Charger body and have started ordering parts to have ready to bolt on once the car is painted. I also have been getting ready to make the carbon fiber pieces for the car but that is only a few episodes away stay tuned.

I work for the toyota plant and the quarter glass on the camrys are put in without glue. We just use alcohol to get them to slide in the seals.

Maybe the quarter glass on the rear doors were glued in for when a door is slammed shut the bit of pressure in the cab doesn't pop it out. The vents they put at the back of the cab don't always release the pressure fast enough.

I think you should paint it frostbite blue. It would go well with the calipers you already painted glow in the dark green/yellow. But regardless this is one of the best builds on RU-vid right now.

A friend of mine from our Mopar club says they glue in those quarter windows for acoustic seal purposes. Supposedly, the side and rear glass is acoustic rated to reduce external road noise...

Amazing work! If you haven't picked a color yet, one to consider might be Torred. I might be biased because that's the color of my Roadrunner but it would look really sic with the carbon fiber accents. Its definitely a bright impact color too.

I don't know if you've had any other recommendations from people that I actually install glass for a living but trust me that vent window needs to be glue because at high speeds are even medium speeds water will find its way in
