BUILDING Two BEAUTIFUL Enclosures for my Tarantulas! 

Petco, i have been watching since the original Dark Den apartment and watching you put the enclosures together never gets boring.

I really like how your new designs are coming together. The removeable top portion is well thought out.

Petcos grasp & use of English NEVER ceases to amaze me! 😲 He is more articulate than MANY native speakers 🙏

Dark den is the man when it comes to high quality tarantula content. A true inspiration.

Awesome as usual. I am so impressed with your own improvements to your enclosures. Years ago you saw a need to change the opening for your enclosures and you came up with the solution. You came up with a better door and then found the best way to produce it so others could use it as well. I have also watched your channel since DD1 and I still enjoy watching you make new homes for your entire critter family. It's probably because you use sand for the texture, of course. 🤣 🕷❤️

Just wanted to say your the reason I got a tarantula. I was always kinda weird about spiders and what not but now I have 2 giant leopard geckos and a Chaco golden knee ( grammostola pulchripes) which is a very good beginner tarantula. Thank you for the videos and In a way helping me get my first tarantula. :)

It's super relaxing to do the enclosure in a theme setting. Western saloon style. Natural jungles or cave systems.. every Friday I fix a new one and raise a new sling. Really interesting hobby not going to lie.

Don't believe the critics. It is nice to watch you creating these enclosures, starting with an empty box and ending up with a cosy living environment for the animals.

I DO like watching you set up new enclosures. It is a satisfying part of the tarantulas life (maybe not to the tarantula at first). But, it's a new home! Who doesn't like a brand new awesome home?

The markings on these spiders are gorgeous. Especially striking are the red fuzz patches on the underside of the front legs of the larger one, only seen in threat display. They must be intended for a predator with color vision including red. Thanks for sharing this.

Have you thought about Terra Aranea substrate or something similar? Also that fern will likely be wanting a very moist home.. not sure the T will want the same haha. But regardless its great seeing more thought and design aesthetic going into the enclosures.. even if the inhabitants aren't fussed! And that edit for the second enclosure was brilliantly done!

In my opinion the Rufilata is one of the best looking of all tarantulas. Green is such a rare colour in any animals let alone tarantulas. It’s also the only other pokie than the Metallica with blue highlights underneath. Don’t get me wrong, Regalis is also very pretty but definitely not as unique

I really love the beautiful fern you used,its natural for wooded areas here in the uk. Would using orbies underneath the substrate help absorb the extra moisture that causes mould ?

Such a beautiful tarantula tomorrow I have a pink toe tarantula being delivered which I'm so excited for my second tarantula

You make it look so easy lol I have a P. cambridgei and Ornithoctoninae sp. mindanao that need rehousing and they both intimidate me 🤣I know I'll get thru it fine but they are so fast.

I have always wondered, where do you get your cork bark from? Is it a website or pet store? Love the feeding and rehousing videos 💕💕☺️.

Do you have any links for the parts you use in your enclosures? Like the vents and the black strips for the edges?
