I built my first motorized bike yeaterday i got a yd 100 for 140$ i put it on a 20 in bmx bike had to chop the top tube no problems so far except chain being to loose and the chain tensioner was to big but other than bolts shaking loose that i forgot to lock tight was my only problem

I dont even want to know what I weigh right now after being a gimp for 6 months after my crash. Plus a 20 pound backpack. Im honestly impressed that my little bt100 lasted so many miles especially being my learner first motor thats known to overheat. I just bought the ebay iron sleeve 49mm and the cylinder was gouged bad and the case had about 1 mm of metal between the stud and inside of the case that cracked. After a new cylinder and case i have a working motor.
