I decided to replace my scooter battery on the ebike. It was too long and heavy. I bought Tesla Model 3 batteries 21700. Built it to be 36v with 10AH.

great tutorial. were they a used batteries salvaged from tesla or new?

What size was the nickel strip you were using, I’m trying to make a 10s2p battery myself, and I don’t get the most straight forward answer on what size to use.

Not bad, thanks for the video. Would you happen to know what the discharge C rating is for that Tesla cell?

I believe it is 10c

By the way I have the exact same spot welder and soldering kit (mine is branded Pulsivo).

Still performing just fine. No balance issue, then again I haven't really drain it low enough on my ebike.
