This video gave me more information than other videos talking abut the camera. I was looking for information on how to locate the time lapse 😊. Thank you for the video.
Yes, thank you for the video. But the settings are what I would like to know better. What I know is that if you are filming at 30 frame per second, you should set shutter speed to double that. I would also think that in sunlight you could set aperture to around 7.1? And everything else Auto? I guess my biggest question is how to get out the noise. In both sunlit shots and in darker. I know in a darker scene I have to change aperture and possibly shutter speed. Is the problem ISO? Exposure? What is your take on both scenarios? Light scenes and darker? Thanks..
Lighting is always tricky. Long ago it was determined shutter speed should be twice the frames per second to give a cinematic look. When working with available light, that can be difficult to achieve. ISO is the most convenient variable, but then noise comes into play. Changing shutter speed changes the look of the video to make it jumpy or weird. Everything in photography and video is a trade-off. Modern camera are great, but sometimes limited and spending lots of money on an expensive camera solves some of the problems but not everyone can spend that money. The best we can do is learn what works and how things look using the variables and go from there. All the best.
