Built Like A TANK! - Volvo XC90 - BeamNG Mods 

the t8 is phev and the b models are mild hybrids.

It’s the dream SUV for me, I have this mod and I did some stuff to it privately (adding facelift stuff, and fixing some of the problems/issues I had with the mod), but I’m not on the latest version (mainly because well I think I did too much to update my own copy to the latest version), FastLane really makes some decent mods, just wish he uploads on the forum more often

Woah, it’s been a long time! I’m not sure if you remember me but I watched some of your European Trucking streams!

Probably seems like an issue with the measuring units for the interior gauges in terms of what country the model is sold in. And about the only difference with the USDM model externally aside from the lack of front plate and North American sized rear plate, it has amber indicators which are pretty regulatory for foreign cars sold in North America.

Great video as always, It's not bad a mod, but it could be improved. I hope someday someone will make a mod of my Volvo.

I know this is me being picky but I’ve noticed some issues with driving this around especially the small gauge cluster and the quality of the drive is decent but could definitely be improved

As a former OWNER of a 2019 XC90 T8 Inscription Hybrid, those things are Insanely fast. the 0-62 (0-100kph) is 5.6 seconds every time thanks to the hybrid system. For some clarity, the T6 and up models have a Supercharged-Turborcharger otherwise known as a "Twincharger" system. It's insane and has no lag like adding a larger turbo would. We put over 86,000 miles on it (in 80,000 miles we only spent about $3000 in services not including tires with no major issues, I wont include tires because depending what kind of tires you prefer to buy you can spend a LOT or not so much, very reliable) doing rideshare before it saved my spouses life from someone who literally T--boned the front end of the car, they were trying to go around her or infront of her after she had made a left turn. The other car was a Lexus and its' left wheel was ripped completely out of the car, though it took the front of the Volvo off, the door still opened and the windscreen was not cracked on the XC90. MOST IMPORTANTLY my spouse was perfectly fine, she had a small burn from the two-stage airbag on her wrist but otherwise was perfectly fine. My spouse's favorite feature on the car aside from the Amazing sound system and how fast it went, was the "Pilot Assist" which basically drives the car for you as long as it has 1 of 2 lines on a lane. Highly recommend these things, they are amazing, especially for long trips, including front seat AC/heating and heating for the rear seats. The third row seating also has it's own AC vents and cupholders. The HUD or Heads up Display was something I really liked, though my spouse didn't care for it as much as I did. The headlights are Insanely bright and steer with the car. I could talk about this car all day, but I don't have the time. Anyway, Great to see this in BeamNG and your review is very entertaining. Keep it up!

when i was born [when i was 4 i ] my mom had a Volvo xc60 2014 and she loved it! but my dad took it.

@12:17 It is ridiculous, not mandatory. If you want to cheap out on production costs and have no excuses, that is what you do as a manufacturer. There is no rhyme or reason. You could make up any number above the speed limit in most countries and NCAP tests are conducted around 50 or 60ish kph AFAIK. 😂 BTW. without AWD this mod isn't worth it IMHO.

I was thoroughly confused by this thing I thought it was absolute shit for only having a 2.0 i4. The XC90 I remembered had T5, T6 and v8 engines, turns out I was thinking of the first gen. So not as bad as I thought it was although I'd never buy one in real life because it doesn't have those engines.
