Watch me make Buizel from Pokémon! This is a poseable art doll and is a cross between a sculpture and a plush. The head is made with 3D printed resin. Check below for a link to the products I use.
Buizel is so cute and I've been really wanting to make it for a while! I always thought it would translate to an art doll really nicely more than others and I think I was right. :)
Trying out a new editing style on these. I think it's better. Let me know what you think.

Fun fact: Buizels have fur marking differences based on whether they're male or female. Can you tell what this one is?

This one is a male Buizel! This lil fella has two stripes on his back while females have only one stripe, and the same goes for their evolution, Floatzel!

And yes the “guy” was deliberate - for people who don’t know male Buizels have two light patches on their back, whilst the females only have one

YOOOOOOO LIVE BUIZEL FOOTAGE Seeing this little guy come together bit by bit had been such a treat, I loved this! Looking at all the material you used reminds me that J need to get into messing with materials in 3D renders a lot more... Excellent stuff! (I always imagined a Buizel's fins and floatie being a lot more rubbery or scaley than fluffy though...)

Not super clear on how to approach the really round ones, I plan on making Paradox Jigglypuff in the near future as a first test for them so kinda depends on if that works out ok

This is incredible! I’ve never seen the actual production of such a replica before, just seeing the techniques is awe-inspiring! The hidden seams when sewing together the pelt is so well done! Tho at a certain point, my brain started thinking “is this how taxidermy is done in the Pokémon world” 😂

Vulpix, Galarain Rapidash, Beautifly, Pachirisu, Pidgeot, Lucario, Serperior or one of the legendary Pokemon for your challenge.
