The build is constructed to deal MUSCULAR damage and be fast enough to bring your opponents' life points down to 0 before they can even click that sissy rage quit button!

It's fast except against stall decks like Chaos Ghostrick Piper; that deck can wall forever.
Currently, Bujin Hirume is bugged on DevPro in such a way where she doesn't need to banish "Bujin" monsters but anything with "Bujin" in its name (including spells and traps). None of that was abused in the video though.
