I am not one to sit and listen to interviews but this one had me mesmerized. Even the way in which The Gargamel spoke sounded like music to my ears. Buju honestly loves the music...first saw him in 1993 or so in Zimbabwe ..That show was intense .Great to see him well

First watched the Onstage Interview and Mr. Winford did a hack job on that. He was ill prepared for it. Now, this interview with Seani B is a classic. The way Buju Banton was animated and smiling and getting to the roots and history of the music and digging out the anecdotes really says a lot about Seani B being a music man and talking music with Gargamel. Seani made it look so easy but he did a fabulous job. I guess his immersion in the music snd knowledge of it made this a musical conversation. This is not just a conversation between a tv presenter and a musician but of servants of the music paying homage to it. I love this interview. And massive love to Buju for not beating his chest like other guys do but still giving live and appreciation to those whose shoulders he stands on and keeping their names and glory alive in the limelight of the music. This interview goes beyond Buju But delves into the history of the music. This is a gem for connoisseurs of reggae and dancehall music.
