The Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development’s zonal offices at Bukalasa in Luwero District are temporarily closed after they were burglarized last night. Four computers and several files were stolen but according to ministry officials, land titles and other sensitive files are still intact. The Junior minister for Lands, Dr. Sam Mayanja blamed the break-in on laxity in security.
