The original bukhara pilov does not contain tomatoes and that much of spices at all and neither cardamoms and bay leaves. This is more like a subcontinent fusion bukhara pilov.!

I forget the name but it's delicious.. and with the meat or as you like..someone told me it's called 20 garlic..I can't find on RU-vid..but your recipes look delicious...im going shopping soon to buy all the ingredients..im in Jordan and im learning middle eastern cooking now!!!
