Firstly a quick look at the summer beaches of Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. We then try Aura again after first filming it nearly 2 years ago in its very first season. The quality of the food is still as good but we found a better menu available. Time has been spent developing their own style of cuisine. The salads are to die for, Andrew went for a local pork dish. Susan opted for traditional fish and chips, being British and really enjoyed them after her delicious fresh salad.
Living here we find resort food can seem bland sometimes but this was a refreshing menu with great variety and some really nice touches like the use of fresh flowers on the tables and clipped to glasses adding to an even more classier experience. Everything is quality in here, the furniture, crockery and fittings.
We can certainly recommend this restaurant if your here on holiday in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria on the black Sea coast.
We were offered the courtesy meal after helping with promotional work in the adjoining hotel for the new Turkish Spa and Gymnasium but we did eat here last season a few times and always enjoyed the food.
