Excellent use of cheater's garlic! When you poured it in the casserole it already looked superb. Out of the oven, stupendous. Then the topping.....oh wow. Golden deliciousness! Patrick you outdid yourself with this winning recipe and dish. What an excellent meal!

Moussaka is one of my favourite foods of all time, Patrick, Greek OR Bulgarian! I had a friend from Bulgaria back in the day, who made this for me, and I was hooked!

Като подправки използваме сладък, но не пушен пипер, малко кимион на прах и най-важното - чубрица, която е от семейството на ригана и е с по-деликатен аромат, но расте само в България. Може да се замени с риган в малки количества. В заливката традиционно не се слага сирене, но е вариант. Показахте по правилния начин приготвянето на мусаката, въпреки че го правите за първи път. Поздравявам ви. Сърдечно от България!👏

when you have tried the Greek moussaka, then all the other versions cannot satisfy you.
