Dad has been doing the same thing at our place for 24 years, but he's still kind of depressed because nobody has bought me yet . We made the mistake of getting Taco Bell to cater it the one year and we had to clean the bathroom for 4 days afterwards

I was literally transported through my childhood watching this reliving the great times farming my family we had beef and multiple market crops and road market and I worked for a dairy that was champion holestien doing embryo transplants back in the early 80’s The drive , the anxiety, the satisfaction, the fellowship after , pure sense of accomplishment. Brian ,Jeff ,and Cole I know what grain beef and machinery costs have been through the years . You have done very well. Cole Thank you so much for your hard work bringing us along you stand out in the genre with your never ending new camera angles and your family’s wit and wisdom you showcase it well . @@mariewintersteen7098 Stroopwafels are two thin wafel crisps that have a caramel filling between them. They make with other fillings too but I have only had the caramel.

Congratulations on the Bull sale, Brian sure enjoys have old friends come around. It looked like a heck of time, and the bulls got to strut there stuff. Glad to hear your feeling better, might have just over stretch the ligaments. Lord knows I've done that a few times. Hang in there, I have no doubt your family loves and supports you in your time of need. Mom and Dad did right by there sons, that for sure.

Don't try to do too much too fast. Especially since you've had 2 operations already on your. Knees. I feel in our hospital parking lot 2 weeks shy of a year ago Broke my right patella - knee cap into 3 good sized pieces & a small piece. Still in a wheell chair, & walker. Had 4 surgeries, ? How many cast, on my 2nd brace, just had my 1st 2 rehab sessions. Do your rehab & watch putting weight on your leg, if the doc says stay off it. 50 weeks of "Don't put your foot on the floor, or put weight on your leg". Now I cringe when they say put your foot to the floor. NO Weight - just put it to the floor, I get as crazy as that bull who tried to jump out & over the shoot walk wall. He did not want to get a sperm test. Cole you could have power washed some of those bulls. They were pretty poo covered. You could have sat & washed them. That would be a video to show at next year's bull sale. For some entertainment. Good luck with MRI & the knee.

Oh my goodness!! That was a treat to see. My family has an annual bull sale at the ranch with auctioneers, sale manager, a few hundred people to feed, videos & pictures ahead of time, catalog, etc. You got the same job done with so, so much less work & expense.

Did I ever tell you about the time as a 4-H member I raised registered angus. I sold one large bull and he had a good disposition. We tried loading him into a truck down a narrow hallway in the middle of the barn. The one side of the hall was grain storage and the other side were cattle pens. Well, when the bull got to the ramp into the truck he decided he wasn't having any of it. In slow motion, he turned around in the hallway. To do it, he pushed out the wall on the grain storage side and busted up one hay rack on the cattle pen side. It was like the grain storage wall was hinged at the top, as the top stayed in place but the bottom moved out about four feet. We were lucky the loft wasn't full of hay at that time of year as it was a load bearing wall. We finally got him loaded and his reward was Holstein cows! That's all I've got to say on that.

Okay I'm back will the Bulls wandered over to the edge of the upper pasture where they can look down those cows. The younger bull look at the older bull He said let's go down and kiss a few of them. The wise boy said, no sonne let's go down and kiss them all. Well she's gone I guess that's all she had to say about that.

@@57fitter That was the point of my joke. My great great grandpaw was a Baptist preacher in South Texas back around the turn of the 20th century. His daughter told the story of how she hated fried chicken because after church on Sundays when she was a kid, the family always ate lunch with different members of the congregation. Freshly prepared fried chicken was always the fare when having the preacher over for Sunday lunch!

Heard this story from Vet about twenty years ago here in Wy. Said he was testing bulls with a new hand who was intrigued with probe and all. Vet found out that the new hand was found dead a couple weeks later. The hand was found with homemade probe up his backside. Knowing the vet over 30 years I'm sure the story is true.

Great video! Nice when friends & family get together. We tested our bulls each spring. In the extreme winter conditions of northern Alberta they can freeze testicles (which actually happened to our brother in law's 2 bulls.) We told him that he should test them. He didn't & he lost most of his calf crop because he also didn't pay attention to the cows cycling back time & time again!
