It’s funny but true. I have a BBA, and on a few projects, we have had to create proxy or real business plans stating your Mission and vision. It is the “skeleton “ and what connects your peers /customers to your business.
And it is when they do not have paperwork to prove her groups rescue mission for tax purposes. Sad for the English Bulls dogs she has conned for many years.
I mean who knows because we have this group where I live it’s called Montana pittie project and what they do is fine dogs mainly pitbull’s around the United States so say there’s a pitbull that is going to be put down in a week or in a couple days because they need to make room in the shelter they’ll go down to. Let’s say Texas from Montana and get this and they’ll pay for transportation and food and hotels and motels for the people going and getting the dog and then they’ll bring it back to Montana and they’ll find a foster home for it for someone that lives in Montana or a state that is really close to Montana and they do regularly check up on the dogs and foster homes but they will pay for the food, the medical bills/bills, crates and other expenses that the dog needs so I mean she could be lying but who knows cause like I said here Montana we have that type of rescue

I don’t think so, because there’s a rescue called Montana pittie rescue and what they do is they get pit bulls that are about to be put down or that are in the shelter and not doing good or anyone’s that have medical needs and they’re about to be put down and what they do is they pay for transport they pay for volunteers to stay in hotels or motels and get these dogs and take them to a foster in Montana so basically they’ll go and save a dog like in Texas or California and they drive themselves and then bring the dogs back to Montana and find foster homes for them because a lot of places won’t rent to you if you’re doing a rescue like a building and it’s expensive buying your own land your own building your own set up to these dogs so a lot of people do this type of thing this type of rescue and they do pay for their medical bills and everything like that with the fosters they pay for food for the foster people to foster these dogs. I know the lady that runs it. She will keep like one or two of the dogs that they rescue from all over the United States, because that’s all she can do in her house
@Gemini-horrorchannel I do thinks it's a red flag, there are some really shady "rescues" that are really not rescues or have terrible practices. Obviously there are great orgs that do that too and make good use of the money. So it's important to vet these organizations before you volunteer, give money or adopt from them.

The plaintiff was very unprepared for court. Anyone with any rescue organization, would have a mission statement for tax purposes. She was conning people apparently to come to court to sue someone with no paperwork of their mission or what they do as a rescue for animals.

All Brachycephalic breeding should be banned bc those poor little things suffer from inherent breathing problems due to having the same number of teeth and same sized tongue & soft palate JAMMED into a mouth hole that's HALF the normal size (& bugged out eyes bc there's not enough room in their skull, which puts them at higher risk of injury). Bulldogs can't even give birth normally & must have C-sections.
I have a feeling a lot of money is donated to the Plaintiff's charity. Judge Judy is trying to figure out where the money is going. Part 2 is going to be interesting. JJ always has a reason behind her line of questioning.
2:28 Ima confused. I volunteered animals rescue for a little over 10 years. All of the rescues we took animals to were facilities that housed numerous animals, some in town with buildings, kennels, places to house animals, some on farms with huge kennels and runs. How the hell do you run a recuse from a personal dwelling?
That woman, the defendent is just a busy body, now because of her there is one less place for abandoned dogs, nice. And BTW JJ, the reason for closing can be multi faceted, it does not have to be just because her hubby got cancer, it can be several reasons.
I can always tell when Judge Judy is going to decide against someone, because she starts asking for items of evidence that she knows they aren't going to have. The Plaintiff had an itemized list of all the bills she paid, but that wasn't good enough. She is supposed to have a copy of every single vet bill from fostering, which is a ridiculous request. Of course she didn't save all of those bills.
